Before the date we talk with you about prior knowledge, group size and the topics that press in daily work. From that we build the agenda.
Training runs on a copy of your own system. Participants see their fields, their vocabulary and their data — and can experiment freely, because the practice environment runs separately from production.
We keep groups at up to eight people, so every question has room and everyone keeps pace. A training day covers around six hours of learning time, split into blocks of roughly 90 minutes.
Afterwards you receive documentation tailored to your configuration, along with the exercise files. For the weeks that follow, a contact is available for questions — in our experience most of them arise the first time people work on their own.
On request we close with a short knowledge check and issue certificates of attendance, which helps wherever training has to be documented. We fit the scheduling around your operation: sessions can be split into half days or placed at the edges of the working day, so business carries on.
Every area covered in the training is described on our page about the modules of SuiteCRM.
A look at the core modules of our user training, customizable to your workflows.
A quick start into the menu structure and the essential basics of the system.
Efficiently create and manage leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
Optimally organize daily activities, follow-ups, and team appointments.
Generate key metrics at the push of a button and build custom dashboards.
User training is for everyone who works with SuiteCRM day to day — sales, inside sales, service.
After a day, your participants move confidently through the interface: they create contacts, accounts and opportunities, keep them clean, and find records again through filters and saved searches. They take an opportunity through its stages, attach tasks and appointments to the right record, and keep their follow-ups in view.
The final part covers reporting: assembling their own lists, exporting to Excel, reading the standard reports and interpreting them.
Participants spend most of the day working in the system. We use your real processes and your vocabulary, so what they learn applies the next morning. If the rollout is still ahead, we combine training with a CRM implementation with change management.
If your team already works with AI agents in the CRM, we also practise handling approval points: reviewing, approving or rejecting what the agent proposes.
Administrator training equips the people who look after SuiteCRM internally.
It centres on user management and permissions: creating roles, setting visibility, structuring teams. Next comes Studio, where fields, layouts and relationships can be adapted — the basis for your team handling change requests themselves.
A block of its own covers the workflow engine: when an automation fires, how to verify it, and how to tell afterwards what it triggered. The session closes with email setup, imports and duplicate management, and reading the system logs.
Afterwards your organisation is equipped to run day-to-day operations independently.
Developer training is for teams that want to extend SuiteCRM themselves.
We work through the architecture of the application, the extension structure and the route by which customisations survive an upgrade. During the course participants write a module of their own, attach logic through hooks and work with the REST API. It rests on the same standards as our upgrade-safe SuiteCRM development.
Alongside that comes the everyday toolkit: a local development environment, working with Git, deployment through separate stages. Anyone completing this course can develop and roll out customisations independently.
Some organisations book a single training day, others accompany their team over months. For the second route we offer CRM training in short units: regular sessions of 60 to 90 minutes, each going deeper on one topic.
This suits situations where SuiteCRM is introduced step by step, where new colleagues join, or where after some months of practice the advanced features come into view — reports, automation, campaigns.
The sessions run online and are recorded on request, so they remain available to your team as a reference.
Online suits compact, cost-effective training; on-site sessions are ideal for intensive team workshops. We'll advise what fits your goal.
From individual coaching to groups - for effective learning we recommend groups of up to about 8 people.
Yes. On request we train directly on your SuiteCRM installation with your real processes.
Costs depend on format, duration and number of participants. Tell us your goal – you'll receive a suitable offer.
Up to eight per session. At that size every question gets heard and everyone works actively in the system. For larger teams we split across several sessions and group them by role.
Both. Online training runs through a video platform with a shared practice environment and suits distributed teams well. For on-site training we come to you, which works well when a whole team starts together.
Confidence with a browser is enough. User training starts at the fundamentals and builds from there. For administrator and developer training we assume corresponding experience in system administration and software development respectively.
Tell us the role and goal - we'll suggest suitable training.
