Everything about development and integration
Seamless CRM integration for your business
Standard features not enough? We develop tailored modules, automated workflows and custom logic that map your processes precisely. We work update-safe, so your system stays stable even after future SuiteCRM versions. Which modules SuiteCRM already includes without customisation is set out in our overview of SuiteCRM.
A CRM only delivers value when it talks to your other systems. We connect SuiteCRM with, among others:
Seamless connection to Outlook and Microsoft 365.
Integration with sevDesk, lexoffice, DATEV, and more.
Linked with Nextcloud, CTI telephony, and ticketing systems.
Flexible data exchange via the powerful REST API.
An integration has succeeded when nobody thinks about it any more. Four cases come up especially often.
Email and calendar. Outlook and Microsoft 365 connect both ways: appointments and contacts sync, and correspondence files itself against the right record. Your sales team sees the full history in the CRM while continuing to work in the interface they know.
ERP and inventory management. Customer master data, quotes, orders and invoice status flow between CRM and ERP. For each field we establish which system leads — that is the real work in an interface like this, and the point that later decides whether the data stays clean. Recurring reconciliation can additionally be automated as ERP sync via AI agents.
Documents. Quotes, contracts and project files live in Nextcloud or SharePoint and are reachable from the matching CRM record. Storage stays where your team already knows to look.
Any other system. SuiteCRM ships a documented REST API. That opens the door to anything offering an interface of its own — shop systems, accounting, time tracking, ticketing, forms on your website.
We establish up front which interface the target system offers, which data travels in which direction and how often it syncs. That produces a specification you sign off before implementation begins.
Whether it requires custom interfaces, specific fields, complex role and permission systems, or detailed reports: we customize your SuiteCRM so it feels natural for your team and delivers exactly the data you need for your operations.
SuiteCRM ships with an extension layer built for exactly this purpose. We work consistently within that layer — and that is why your system stays upgradeable.
Extensions in the directory provided for them. New fields, changed views and additional logic live in the extension structure. An upgrade replaces the core and leaves your customisations untouched.
Custom modules as self-contained packages. Anything beyond configuration is built as a standalone module with clear boundaries. It can be installed, upgraded and removed on its own.
Logic through the hooks provided. Where the system reacts to an event — a record is saved, a status changes — we attach to the points designed for it. The flow stays traceable and survives every upgrade.
Everything in version control. Your customisations live in Git, traceable down to the individual change. On request you get access to the repository, so your team or a further provider can pick up at any time.
Separate environments. Development, testing and production run apart. Changes are first verified against a copy of your real data and go live once you have signed them off.
The result: upgrading to a new SuiteCRM version is a planned exercise of manageable length that keeps everything built for you.
We develop using modern engineering practices, ensuring your CRM solution remains maintainable, secure, and transparent at all times.
Native, upgrade-safe SuiteCRM development for maximum performance and system stability.
Seamless version control and strict peer-review processes to guarantee clean, secure code.
Continuous testing of all features so your critical CRM operations run flawlessly.
Container-based provisioning for fast, secure, and highly scalable rollouts.
Many projects run alongside an in-house IT team. We adapt to how you work: access to the repository, coordination in your ticketing system, handover of documented modules.
Where your team wants to develop themselves, we support that — with code reviews, a prepared development setup and an introduction to the SuiteCRM extension structure. Many clients have us build the foundation and maintain it themselves from there. Our developer training makes getting started easier.
In principle any system with an interface (API). Commonly connected are Outlook/Microsoft 365, ERP and accounting systems, Nextcloud, phone systems and ticketing systems.
Yes. We develop update-safe, so custom extensions keep working after SuiteCRM updates.
Through version control, code reviews, automated tests and documented delivery.
Yes, on request we maintain your extensions long-term.
Yes. We develop in the extension layer SuiteCRM provides for this. An upgrade replaces the core and leaves your modules, fields and processes in place. Before every upgrade we additionally verify the customisations in a test environment.
Connecting to a system with a documented API usually takes one to three weeks, including specification, implementation and testing. It grows where data is structured differently across the systems and has to be reconciled.
Yes. All the code lives in your repository and is documented. On request we set your team up with the development environment and introduce them to the structure, so they can carry on seamlessly.
