Microsoft Copilot training and ChatGPT for business

Many companies already use licences for Microsoft 365 Copilot or ChatGPT Team. Our tool training shows your teams how to get real value from these tools in Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel, with examples from your own work environment.

For tasks that rely on internal expertise, we set up custom assistants that draw on your documents: RAG systems with company knowledge.

AI literacy under Article 4 of the EU AI Act: the current status

With the Digital Omnibus on AI (Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, in force since 27 July 2026), Article 4 of the AI Act was revised: the Commission and the Member States promote the development of AI literacy in businesses and public administration.

For companies, solid AI literacy remains the foundation for using AI securely and effectively. For high-risk AI systems, the regulation also provides for human oversight by competent persons (Article 26).

We document the content and attendance of every training session, so you can demonstrate your teams' skills development to customers, auditors and partners at any time.
